ANNIE - The Musical: Tickets are available now in the Main Office for this week’s performances. Come and support your school’s musical production this Friday @ 7 PM -and- Saturday @ 1 PM & 7 PM. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Happy CTE Month! To celebrate Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, the Business Department is excited to kick off Business and Computer Science Education Week.

• Why Business Education? Business education isn't just for future entrepreneurs. It provides vital life skills for everyone. From personal finance and investing to leadership, digital design, and communication skills, our courses prepare students for the real world, regardless of your future career path.

These skills are in high demand, which means strong job opportunities, good pay, and many different career paths. Whether you like gaming, apps, robotics, or helping people, computer science can lead to work that’s both exciting and meaningful.

Junior Post-Secondary Prep Sessions: 

• Junior students interested in attending a 2-year or 4-year college after high school are encouraged to attend one of our post-secondary prep sessions, which will be offered during Morning 30 on February 11 and 13.  
• Students can sign up in Flexi with Mrs. Bryant for the session they would like to attend.  During these sessions, we will discuss finding the right college fit, paying for college, applying for college, and what students can be doing junior year to prepare.

Fill out Matchomatics TODAY!!! Matchomatics is a fun personality-based fundraiser hosted by Student Council! By answering a short survey about your interests and preferences, you’ll be matched with compatible classmates just in time for Valentine’s Day. Best of all, all proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House, supporting families in need. Pizza Orders: If you did not pick up your pizzas at the Annex on Saturday from Jameson, they are in the teacher lounge freezer in a plastic bag with your name on it. Talk to Dalton if you didn’t pick yours up with him.

FFA: The next FFA meeting will be held on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 7:00 PM in the Ag. room. Be sure to attend to find out more about all of the special award and scholarship opportunities. Updates on FFA Week celebrations and Ag. Olympics plans will be shared. These events will require help from many members to make it all happen. Enjoy the fun social time after the meeting with many sweet treats.

If you are waiting for your ride, please remain in the front office vestibule. This ensures that students are in a secure and supervised area while awaiting transportation.

FFA: The FFA Snow Tubing outing will be held on Thursday, February 19 at Sunburst from 4-8 PM. The cost is $15 for FFA members. Please pick up your permission slip ASAP and follow ALL of the directions on the sheet to sign up in the Sunburst Portal and get the Electronic Waiver signed by parents ONE week prior to the event date, Feb. 12. See Mrs. Oelhafen with any questions. 

Key Club: Our next meeting is on Wednesday, February 4, after school in the library. Wear this year’s club t-shirt for a group picture! Make sure to log any service hours on InnerView by Monday, Feb. 2.
